Big Booty Challenge: Sexy Legs & Best Butt


Day 3 of the Big Booty Challenge…are your legs dead yet?  I know mine are!!  Holy cow the last two days of legs only are wreaking havoc on my hammies and quads…but when you feel like quitting…just imagine how hot your legs, and butt are going to look after these three weeks!

Back on Pointe always has great circuits, this one is no exception!

I hope you are stretching!  Please remember to stretch frequently and keep hydrated.  Also, make sure that you get enough lean protein!  You are breaking down some of the biggest muscles in your body and the best way to build them back up is by loading up on lean protein…egg whites, chicken breasts, fish etc.  Cleaning up and leaning up your diet will also have some other great benefits…like blasting your belly fat and tomorrow’s circuit will be focusing on your tummy…so be ready for a sweet Abs workout!  For more Clean Eating tips check out some of these posts: this one, this one, or this one!  Recently I have been using Isagenix as my go-to clean eating formula.  Find out more about Isagenix here.
