Big Booty Challenge: Sexy Legs & Best Butt week 2


We are rounding out the second week of the Big booty Challenge, and I am really excited to see how the booty will measure up!

Today’s circuits are the Sexy Legs & Best Butt

 

I really liked this set last week, and I know it was good because by the last round I was very angry.  And I have noticed that anger and working out is a great combination.  yeah.

 

 

 

Now, last week I could only get through this one once.  Oy.  So I am pushing to make it through at least 2 sets of this last one today.

I know I’ve said it before, but make sure that you are stretching.  A lot.  And getting that lean protein we talked about to help rebuild muscle and boost that booty.
